Return & Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

✔ Exchange within 7 days of purchase in case of product damage (used products are not eligible for replacement).
✔ Original receipt must be attached with the product.
✔ Product must be in its original packaging and unused.
✔ If the correct order has been delivered, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
✔ Online purchases can only be exchanged online (not in physical stores).
✔ QA team evaluation is required before approving an exchange.
✔ Processing time for an exchange request is 5-7 business days.
✔ If the requested product is out of stock, customers can wait for restocking or opt for online store credit.
✔ Mushy Glow reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

Claims Policy

We aim to facilitate our customers in every way possible. However, claims are accepted under the following conditions:

Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Products purchased from retail stores cannot be exchanged or replaced through our website.
✔ Customers must return the product for evaluation (shipping charges to be paid by the customer).
✔ No claims will be accepted for products that have already been exchanged/replaced once.
✔ Damaged products due to customer mishandling are not eligible for exchange.
✔ Products returned without a receipt will not be processed.
✔ Items with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be entertained.
✔ Sale or promotional items are not eligible for replacement or exchange unless the product arrives damaged.
✔ Claim evaluation takes up to 7 business days.
✔ If the claim is legitimate, an online store credit will be provided.

Online Store Credit Policy

Store credit will be provided in the following scenarios:

✔ In case of a legitimate claim.
✔ If the product is out of stock during an exchange request.
✔ If the customer paid online but did not receive the parcel.
✔ If the customer paid online but refused delivery and requested a refund.
